Our Customer is a worldwide leading company in the automotive market. For the HR department, we are looking for a Senior HR Professional Recruitment & Talent Development (m/f/d) Location: Region Düsseldorf Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment & hiring of all positions above Plant across business units in the region by presenting our customer and its culture in the specific labor markets
  • Responsible for Talent Development, including training organization, coordination and reporting, regarding German Satellite Offices, across Business Unit
  • Search, select and hire new employees and young talents in alignment with the business leaders; uses personal network to source talents, including a network with universities
  • Proactively identifies innovative ways for recruiting, by having employer branding in mind, including social media, job fairs and contact with universities
  • Understanding and support of business needs and requirements
  • Maintain and establish a trustful and strong relationships to prefered and new consultants and agencies at local and regional level
  • Point of contact for candidates, Functional Leaders, HR colleagues of other business units in worldwide, consultants and universities
  • KPI tracking & reporting
  • Supplier Management: maintain contact with preferred consultants and agencies, coordinate payments, regular update of supplier list, establishing new contracts with suppliers
  • Maintenance of European recruitment processes in the Intranet and communicate changes to third parties (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Provide instructions on the recruitment process and tool
  • Maintenance of Recruitment Tool, entry of positions, posting of positions, tracking status update on positions, closing positions
  • Requirements
  • Adequate degree (Bachelor/Master)
  • Expertise Recruitment and Hiring processes and practices
  • Preferred experience in the area of Learning & Development
  • Knowledge of general HR
  • At least 5 years working experience in a manufacturing industry
  • Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in German and English
  • Open minded
