HEAD OF CORPORATE ICT (M/F/D)
The primary focus of the job holder is to manage a wide range of corporate European and global ICT (Information Communication Technology) projects for all European Group Companies, and to manage the transition to an aligned ICT strategy for all European Group Companies.
Responsibilities
Establish and lead the ICT risk control strategy and action plans in accordance with the applicable policies and strategy of the headquarter. Examples include to organize security tests for security assessments, to support ongoing improvement of the European Group Companies’ ICT management organisation and structure, and to establish and manage the regional Computer Security Incident Response TeamSupport the implementation of global programmes initiated by the headquarter, and to act as an interface/ sparring partner between them and the European Group Companies. Examples include the global security enhancement programme, global ICT application implementation, global ICT map investigation, group policy and rule implementationAlign, drive, facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for all European Group Companies that results in harmonised and standardised efforts. Establish action plans for collaboration in order to achieve alignment across all European Group Companies, efficient and effective IT utilisation, and optimised risk control. Examples include hardware, PC procurement integration, standardisation and integration for ICT related processes across European Group CompaniesSupport and provide guidance to individual European Group Company’s issues, particularly relating to the project management area, but also technical areas. Examples include ERP system replacement, production management system implementation, and proof of concept for applying new technologyContinuously keep abreast of advanced ICT developments, to be shared with the headquarter. Pro-actively come up with global ideas and initiatives that leverage all European Group Companies. Examples include to research trends in ICT, to expand working relationships with new potential ICT partners and operational companies, to make a proof of concept plan along with all European Group CompaniesManage and execute the ICT infrastructure for employees at SEBV. This includes network and security management, application usage support, license management, and to provide operational support to their employees
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in information technologyAt least eight years demonstrated relevant experience in information technology that includes up-to-date understanding of current developments. Strong technical ICT knowledge and experience in hardware, software and particularly in security that includes: Design / Maintenance local area network, Initial set-up / Maintenance for Windows / Linux server, Response for cyber security incidentAbility to plan, design and look after operational management in ICT infrastructure and security areaStrong project management skills. Self-starter/ independent worker capable to successfully manage many projects at one time with proven ability to lead projects within budget from planning phase through completionDemonstrated experience in managing and motivating international teams with ascendancy, the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a team environmentDiplomatic and the ability to deal effectively with intercultural sensitivityAbility to adapt and respond to changing work priorities effectively, maintaining composure and responding positively to changeEffective communication skills in English, including verbal, written, active listening and presentation with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
